Use of the service
You may use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not use the service to generate content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, or that violates others' rights. You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to any voice samples or scripts you upload. Misuse may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Account and security
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or for other reasons at our discretion.
Intellectual property
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service and generated output in accordance with your plan and these terms. You retain rights to your input content (e.g., scripts, voice samples) and to output generated for you, subject to our usage policies. Our platform, branding, and technology remain our property.
Payment and subscription
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing in effect at the time of purchase. Fees are generally non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy. We may change pricing with notice; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is." We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, except where prohibited by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Changes and termination
We may modify these terms from time to time and will notify you of material changes. Your continued use constitutes acceptance. Either party may terminate; we may terminate or suspend access for breach or at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases.
